In completing this form you are applying to become a registered user of The Gardens Gallery so that you can book the Gallery on line. We will also retain your details on file so that we can communicate with you regarding any change in Conditions and any unexpected vacancies which might occur.
Once completed you will either receive a personal ID to use in conjunction with your e mail or you will receive a call to clarify any part of the Form which is unclear.
