We have been working behind the scenes for a while now to bring improvements to our booking processes which will allow us to provide better support to our hirers and more detailed reporting of hire transactions.
Inevitably, this means that hirers will see some changes to the way in which bookings are made and handled.
We plan to make the changeover in the first quarter of 2026. This and subsequent pages will be updated to provide detailed help in navigating the change.
