Gardens Gallery Information Pack for Hirers

The gallery team provides a number of documents which contain information we hope you will find useful in planning and running your upcoming exhibition:

  1. Best Practice – Please read this first to set the scene and provide a framework for planning and running your event.
  2. Planning Timeline – This is a suggested timeline for activities leading up to your event. It can be used in conjunction with the Best Practice advice.
  3. Promotional Material – The Gallery promotes your exhibition by displaying the details in its on line diary of events and by posting on social media. It can only do this effectively if you provide the material in a timely fashion and in the correct format.
  4. Gallery Logos – The Gallery Logos (jpeg, png and ai files) can be downloaded and used on your own promotional material.
  5. Gallery Information Pack – The Gallery Information Pack is your bible for using the Gallery and should answer most of your questions.

We suggest that you print off the first three of these and read them carefully.

This information is also sent  by email to our hirers after the balance of the hire fee has been paid  for a weekly hire(normally 3 months prior to the event) or in the case of a three day event about 13 weeks before the start date.
