1: Exhibitions (or the space for other activities) can be booked for a minmum of 1 week to a maximum of 4 weeks. A standard week runs from the Wednesday to the following Tuesday. 2: A deposit of £100/hired week is payable on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before the event. 3: Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own hanging/dismantling, stewarding, publicity (guidance is available) and insurance if required.
Other points are: - No commission is payable on any sales - The public have free entry to exhibitions

Please contact the Bookings Secretary to obtain the available dates on Tel : 01242-676469 If you are arranging an exhibition at The Gardens Gallery and would like to be sent an A4 Poster Header (to place at the top of your poster), or a copy of the logo, then please email info@gardensgallery.co.uk stating whether you would like a 150dpi version (suitable for printing via a line printer) or a 300dpi version (suitable for professional printing).
